Anna Nick, Public Health Officer/Administrator
Anna oversees the operations and budget for the public health division and is responsible for the enforcement of public health state statutes and rules.
Katrina Nordyke, Deputy Health Officer
Katrina assists the Health Officer with administrative and leadership responsibilities, oversees the Division Epidemiologist, and manages Public Health Nursing programming.
Jed Aspley, Environmental Health Manager
Jed oversees the Environmental Health Unit, which works with businesses, schools, local and state agencies, and members of the community to make sure that the food, water, and homes of people in Brown County are safe.
Marissa Powell, Public Health Manager - Population Health & Quality Improvement
Marissa oversees the Population Health and Quality Improvement Unit, which works to improve the health and well-being of the community by strategically mobilizing resources, creating partnerships, and aligning priorities for key health initiatives in the community. Areas of focus include: emergency preparedness, injury prevention, substance use and mental health, environmental health, hearing & vision screenings, and internal programming.
Patti Zich, Public Health Manager - Support Services
Patti oversees the Support Services Unit, which greets and serves the people of Brown County. In addition to managing the phone lines and walk-in requests, Support Services provides assistance for all units within the Public Health Division.
