Brown County Public Health wants to support maternal mental health in our community, but we cannot do it without YOU! Your experiences during pregnancy and early motherhood will help us understand how moms in Brown County are doing and guide the creation of resources and solutions that actually can make a difference in our community.
This survey is about 50 questions long and will take about 15-20 minutes to complete. The first 400 people who qualify and give their Brown County mailing address will receive a $20 Amazon, Walmart or Kwik Trip fuel only gift card.
